If your ECOsmarte system needs a tune-up or a warranty repair, you or your pool guy can select US postal, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. If you ship it to us one-day, we’ll return it to you one-day. If you ship it to us priority mail, we’ll return it to you priority mail. Please call us in order to mail in your device. We’ll make sure your device works the way it should.
